i think even the concept of surigao jst like Camiguin comes from a Manobo tribe of Bukidnon. Iligan City, Cagayan de Oro in Northern Mindanao shares the same concept likewise Camiguin.

If youre looking for the originality in particular then u should look for the choreography part since a Manobo inspired costume has always been used in most streetdancing groups.
