  • How absolutely wonderful...you must have a great love of early cinematography. but why not, these are classics and what rare gems they are!! Thank you so much for sharing!!! I loved Bette Davis, obviously, so do you!

  • @musicslave3 You're welcome! thanks for your kind words. I do love classics, I'm addicted practically ! ^^ And Bette Davis is one of my favorite actresses.

  • @afrenchindublin I'm addicted as well! Watched "Mildred Pierce" Sat. nite on Turner Classic Movies! (*-*) Joan was at her best, she won the Oscar that year! ;)

  • I love how she knows she's going to f up but still works it into the lines (the Juarez blooper).

If only we had another Davis today!

  • Even her bloopers are heads above many others' inferior acting. Thanks so much for putting this together.

  • @cranky1chick You're welcome

  • Wow! This made me love Bette Davis even more.

  • Bloopers from the Golden Era are like a hundred times better than today's. I just don't know why. Maybe because they are so unusual. OOOOHHHH! I loved this so much. Thank you very much for uploading!!!

  • @NatureFillsMe You're welcome!

  • thank you so much for making my morning/day. i enjoyed your clip so much that i'm now gonna put a bette davis dvd on and not let the rainy july day in dublin get me down...very much appreciated.

  • @william5177 Wow, thanks! Well, enjoy the film!

  • With the '30's and '40's being my all time favorite eras for film Bette is a frequent show on my home screen. As others have posted, it is so nice to see the production side of these incredible untouchable stars of yesteryear. Enjoying the vast amount of bloopers offered of todays stars, to see ones from that iconic time sends me over the moon. Thank you so very much for your effort compiling this treasure trove and congrats on your obvious great library of film.

  • @marymcg57 Thanks!

  • 0:27 Damn. Somebody was ready to go home.

  • @christinecorda You're welcome!

  • Thanks! I can't believe she made mistakes too!

  • She is SO frightening in the second clip. Guess that was her reputation though.

  • "Well you not going to have it... you son of a bitch!" Lol!

  • Thank you for that. It's great to see bloopers of the classic movies, especially Bette Davis and friends there. sigh. the good old days

  • I agree with James woods. Bette Davis is the best actor/actress ever. Her father was a smarty so she inherited genius and a large forehead and cute ears from him. Oh and don't forget her sarcasm and coldness too. When I watch her movies I feel as if she is with me watching herself. Solipsism at it's best.

  • wow.all i can say is this.even the cursing had class.

  • Oh man, Errol cracking up @1:57 never gets old!

  • Wonderful!

  • I like when she said; "Help me..help me dear God help me I'm caught on his button..." LOL!

  • This is awesome. Thank you so much for posting. I LOVE the classics and Bette is my favorite actress from then.

  • @mfscpa You're welcome

  • Rarely do you find an actor or actress who is praised as much not only for her acting abilities, but for being a decent and honest individual. She spoke her mind and people accepted and appreciated it. Noone has that type of character today, Great clips and thanks for showing them.

  • Fantastic clips, I love the one scene at 2:57, she hits him with the script, and Betty laughs and says...Don't look at me when you say that, lol! She came right out of character and her sophisticated air went right out the door. I had read she was comical on the set. Where can I find these bloopers?

  • @italobambino43 They are included on some of classic Warner DVDs as bonuses

  • Thank you, thank you so much

  • @tenofivelips You're welcome !

  • I LOVE 2:33

  • "Oh nuts!"

  • Its good to see bloopers because it makes us realize the stars weren't always perfect, and made human mistakes and swore just like anyone else. I know only Loretta Young insisted on a 'swear box' on set where she made everyone pay $1 to charity for any curse word. She had a baby out of wedlock to Clark Gable, a secret she kept from the public. So Miss Young was human just like the rest of us.

  • @EvaPhillips I was told by a family member who was a cab driver that Loretta Young was a very bad tipper, when she even gave a tip at all. She might have taken the money from the "swear box" herself!

  • Bette Davis is my all time favorite actress. Thank you so much.

  • @mariespurpleshoes You're welcome !

  • It's from The Sisters. And, I think she was dubbed for the singing part.

  • @afrenchindublin Yes, the singing was dubbed and it was uncredited.

  • @afrenchindublin

Thank you. Well, since her voice is raspy in real life... her singing voice should've been raspy also. Thank you for telling me that.

  • Goddammit!

  • she swears! I like her even more now!

  • "Whats all the emegency about?"

"I just had a baby in the ladies room" hahahahaha!

  • Thanks! Great fun to see her get out of the role for a few seconds. It's like you're really there---candid moments.

  • Wow, I thought taking God's name in vain was only frequent now, and I figured Bette had a potty mouth lol.

  • This was so cool to see, than you for posting!
