My wife is from this city ... I was first there to marry in mar. 08 ..just visited again mar09.. this city is growing .I noticed that even in one year..Now our plans are to settle in this city ..I have traveled many places in Philippines and for a foreigner..Dipolog is safe  and nice place....

yes it is the next province, pagadian is the city while in del norte it is Dipolog City.
