Incorrect, what I am saying is cheating is cheating, don't try and define them. There are of course different degrees but nonetheless it is still all CHEATING! Therefore players which constantly enter into that style of play known as cheating, can CORRECTLY be labelled cheats.
It is up to the referee to judge a penalty, (as well as the citing commissioner, every other panellist under the sun, review boards etc!)
I said it before, McCaw is a cheat, but I'd still pick him!

They know what they're on about at all times and don't whinge when they're team gets a caning (coughKearnscough)... And I've never seen a flying arm NOT pulled up much less cited...
