I work for Citi in the mortgage collections dept. This bank is one of the most crooked pieces of shit out there. You know the people in the hurricanes dont get any more help than anybody else. They tell us that if someone sends a check and it dosent say what it is for they keep it and the client is still responsible for their payment. Fuck Citi
