Had to /stuck where you jump onto the pipe in #2, and it put me at the box area where you start for that datacron

i really wish you doudnt speed the video up. the whole point is to show us HOW to do it... take the duros sector beam jumping i successfully jump a beam without bouncing of only 1 in 10 tries... then comes the second beam and I ALWAYS fly right off it... if you showed how to do it at normal speed id know exactly where you were standing and if you were running or walking and if you jumped first or moved forward first. this video is not helpful at all

For the record, sped up versions are god. This video is awesome.

Just thought id mention that i missed the hovering ad-bot on the first go-around and it took about 15 minutes for the thing to come back around. At least 15 minutes. So if you miss it go make a sandwich and come back. Also, watch out for the mobs on the ground if your cutting it close. Make sure they theyre cleared in advance of the attempt

You should mention to do the jumps on the beams (datacron 5) to turn off your sprint. Wasn't until I happened to be in aggro my 30th or so time that I realized you needed to not have it. Thanks for the video though!

Yeah I would just slow down your speed up, didn't actually give you a thumbs down, just in comments. For the effort you took etc, I would not negatively affect your ranking since your videos do show how to get he datacrons, just a little hard to follow.

Another recommendation, would be if you are going to do a fast speed up, at the end of it, pull up the map and show the location for a couple seconds. That way if someone gets lost do to the fast speed, they can catch up by looking at the map.

tips for the beams, run and jump at them at an angle so that if you go too far forward you are more likely to be running on the beam than falling.

Also, I dunno if these vids are your first outing with vid software, but you LOVE speeding up vids to the point that it's an annoyance.

@jackchagu I speed up the videos so people aren't staring at my character running a path for 10+ minutes. I admit, I was unaware people were uninformed about platforming techniques, so I probably shouldn't have sped up any of the jumping parts. I'm sorry it's annoying to you, but it seems more people are annoyed by videos that 1) don't show things and 2) are 10+ minutes.

I love your videos, they're incredibly helpful. You might consider adding the codex entry numbers and or names for each of the datacrons. For people who have multiple characters and forget which ones they've gotten on which character, they can look in the codex and see what is missing and go by that. It's not such a big deal right now, but in the future with multiple people having multiple characters, it'll become MUCH more helpful to have those numbers.

the 3 aim one in nar shadda was the longest wait ever i counted 10 mins or so after getting on kiosc, but by far this is the most annoying place to get datacrons.

That pipe jumping was infuriating for the 5th, I was there for 20 minuites because he would make the jump animation and just walk off the pipe. Best advise I can give is start as far back on the pipe as you can.

@jamesNana Yeah have to agree with this but good video otherwise, a tip for anyone else struggling with the beam jumps - you want to stand about 2 metres away from the vertical beam facing towards the beam you are jumping to the angle you want to be jumping at is 30 decrees out from the vertical beam (so your aiming just to the right of the beam). Then move forward a little bit so ur running and jump. I got extremely frustrated with these jumps so wanted to help anyone else struggling
