  • Did I count right? 86 wheels? Krikey!!! What a beautiful beast!

  • where bouts is that, cant be in kalgoorlie and if it was must of been when doug owned it

  • Great vid mate, thanks for the look, she's one fat tractor!!

  • i know they aint built for speed, but if i was in my car and that thing started overtaking me... i would think i had taken some shrooms... trailer after trailer going by. it would be like a groundhog day overtaking! hahahah im from scotland by the way. we dont get things like that... we got shitty little roads!

  • She's a Beauty! :-)

  • thats a big bitch! shiny. gotta get me one

  • Untill I saw these video's I had no idea that there ever was such a thing as a road train. These are the coolist things I've ever seen. Good luck back'n up though, lol.

  • @rossalcorn. I think this bloke would know what kind of a truck he is driving you stupid fuck.

  • Great stuff!!! We don't see 'em that long here in the states!!! :))

  • OMG! That´s a big rig!

In Australia there are awesome Trucks. I like them very much

  • Train!!;]

  • Great video, thanks for sharing. Not sure if i could do that job driving those rigs, more to do with being alone in the remote outback especially at night then the size of them!

  • fuck mate, that rig sure sounds and looks mean!!!!

    love it !!!!

  • How much fuel does that big boy carry, Look like some big tanks. Great videos.

  • bout 1200 L

  • and the 501's have a split wheel arch take a good look next time mate

  • como se da marcha atras con un conjunto de esos jajajaaj.

  • Maybe you need to have a closer look and pay more attention to detail, before proving to the world that you are qualified to take up the position of the Village Idiot. You obviously can't tell the difference between a 904 and 501 just by looking at it. Most KW operators can. Also look up Foden and you'll know how to spell it right next time. Now go to bed early because you have a big day in your Daewoo tomorrow. You are full of wit ....... Fuckwit

  • @kiwitruckerman was it a 501 or 501 brute you smart arse dumb fuck...... 501 ugly tough t904 beautiful tough, 501s have there place the fucken bush ha ha i drive one kenworth australias old promo truck at the time of the 501s,, launch it use too drive around too all the truck shoes my dad bought it off colonials, got a dirty series 60 in it, they not bad just stay of the jake..... nice ride kiwitrucker wanna swap for week...... ha ha ya not that silly...

  • @kiwitruckerman Sorry, I gave you a thumbs down by mistake, but your 100% right. The only thing is that you're got to cut these village idiot a bit of slack because everyone makes mistakes... on second thought, to heck with it, wack 'em over the head and send 'em packing.

  • yep, your a fuckwit, how can you say thats a 501 when its got the 904 badge on the front plus in between the front tank and the wheel arch it has a plate saying t904 on it and also 904s are alot slim line then the 501s. 501s also have a higher wheel arch then 904s so get ya facts right b4 abusing people and telling the world your a wanker

  • these guys need as much horses as they can get!! think 170 tonnes going up a hill with 550hp... horror, with a 625 its not as bad but if your going up woody woody (on the Isa) you get slowed down to 35-25kmph with this...

  • ah "woodie woodie" is in western australia and nowhere near the isa.

  • these trailers are built by gould transport not built by some engineering company ...there costom built trailers

  • 萌え☆

  • got a great big poster of this ony bedroom wall from the very first issue of kenworth downunder

  • Great truck..

  • That is alot of tires to air up on a cold morning

  • hi, nice videos, but could you pls.

made a video of when you are tipping

    the trailers ?

    Thx Haustan

  • It started and thought I'd be a year older when it ended.

  • Do you put the B-double at the back to reduce trailer sway? I drive a 25m and they are stable as!

  • thats a different looking drawbar setup for the dolly drawbars, never noticed that before! is it a bartlett ball, king pin or high mounted ringfeeder?

  • It's a ball arrangement positioned over the rear axle. Reduces a bit of the wag in the tail!!

  • Thats pretty cool, no more jack knifed dollies drawbars either!,

    Thanks

  • How many tons is that combination fully loaded? Thanks.

  • Fully loaded it is 170.5 tonnes. In Western Australia with concessional loading permits, we can load to 23.5 tonnes (gross weight) per tri axle group. Normally this is regulated to 20 tonne.

  • 170 tonnes, that's awesome. I hope you can still stop in a reasonable distance with that weight.

  • I imagine it would be like riding on a plane that's about to crash, hold on and pray!!!!!!

  • CAT C15 sound good.:)

  • Sweet Truck!

  • What Year?

  • oct 2007

  • I do some driving for my brother-in-law and usually drive exactly this type of truck (yours is a Kenworth T904 with 18 spd Roadranger??)

Its excellent for long hauls with AB Quads, three or four trailers.

where did you make the video - NT??

  • oh yeah.... its written on the trailers - Doug Gould Kalgoorlie.... i know Kal - i drive through there sometimes but mostly i go from Perth up to Port Hedland, Broom, Wyndam...

Nice Truck... the quads are my favourite - they tow pretty well to..

  • Actually I'm based up in Port Hedland carting from Woodie Woodie, Telfer and Peak Hill

  • cool... i know where that is - i have relatives in port hedland...

    thanks mate

    J

  • One of the last T904's built - at the start of '08 they went to the T908... same truck, different look!
