We would like to thank everyone who worked so hard to defend Taylor and her song "Dark Blue Tennessee". And we would like to thank BMR and Sony for taking decisive action against the copyright violators. We are still in shock that something this terrible and selfish could have taken place. But thanks to all of Taylor's fans, it is over. At least until the next time...

so there's a video here defending ben by his business partner...it irritates me argh! there's no harm covering the songs if the original artist already released it but DBT is not even officially released yet or she will never ever released it because of these like 'your face'. that song has never been released because people leaked beforehand. aarrrggghhhhh!!!!

I think that finally the video was taken down. If you look you it's not on youtube anymore and if you seach on google ("dark blue tennessee cover" ) and check the video that he made it appears "This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by Sony ATV Publishing"..Thank God!

WELL DONE US! So happy its gone and now fans don't have to put up with his awful version which has nothing on Taylor's.

I also, recieved a email explaining how he was in the process of getting his lawyers on me and going to sue me. It really scared me but after being reasured I soon realised he was just an immature manchild who liked to intimidate teenage girls!

Proof that his video was ILLEGAL and wrong and that you fans were right to stand up for Taylor. Great job and victory in behalf of Taylor! This guy is using a Taylor Swift song, since she's very famous, to get famous too, which besides being really mean is also illegal...I'm just mad that I can't do more, I also send a message to him very polite asking him to take that cover down and he had the nerve to telling me that making a cover of DBT hasn't illegal..I hope this guy gets sued by Taylor Management, and one thing I know for sure, if he ever become a recorded singer I'll never buy any song that is in..

This video deserves more views. He seems a really unpleasant character who would do anything for fame and attention, even stealing/partially leaking a song which is legendary and well known for being unreleased and unatainable. Taylor deserves more respect than that.

I'm posting this for a friend of mine who helps BMR. She said: "I was actually NICE and professional in asking him to please remove his video and telling him how wrong it was. He just sent me a very threatening message talking about attorney's and stuff... Then in part of the message he threatened me telling..."Get your facts straight and any more messages, and I will release ALL versions of DBT."

This video is completely accurate. I also received one of these messages in which Ben Well threatened to gather my personal information and threatened me. He does not deserve to have the song in the first place because he clearly doesn't care about Taylor or her intentions. His cover must be removed from YouTube!!

Great video which tells the whole truth! I received one of these horrible e-mail messages threatening me. We need to defend Taylor. I was depressed and crying all day after watching the other video but you have just lifted my spirits! Thank you!
