  • Why would you NOT show the video?? $1,000 is another slap in your face (in addition to the receipt your son go his head).

  • WOW a Woman saying that to a man , shows the class of people United Airlines Hire. This should go the NEWS, get that "lady" fired and sue the company. I work for a different airline and that is completely unacceptable.

  • Agreed you need to take the next course of action. Don't just deal with the first customer service rep, go higher. Customer service rep's are meant to act as a buffer to defuse it before it becomes a real issue for them. I'd take it to the main person in charge of the customer service dept.

  • Wow! What a bitch! I hope you have reported her and showed them this evidence.

  • This is unacceptable and you should escalate this further into customer service. I believe having it recorded makes a world of a difference and shouldn't take too long for an apology and compensation.
