My 600,000 toy pretty much all stock. 32X11.5 muds, off road performance clutch, and a magnaflo exhaust. I totaled it 2 years ago and my ins. gave me almost $4,000 for it so I re-built it! You can't put a price on a good old Toyota. I love my yo so much, I went a got a Tacoma for my work truck. An '89 for wheeling and fly fishing the Truckee RIver and a Tacoma for road trips and cleaning windows!

which header from LC and cam profile from EB are you running? looking to get a good tri-Y header that won't sound too ricey or be too terribly loud. how do you like the LC header? how does the performance compare to stock?

I too have had one for going on 12 years (86 4x4 xtra cab, 275,000 miles). This is the only way you can get a diehard toyota owner to sell: think of a price that is so outrageously high, nobody would ever pay that ridiculous of a price for the truck, then double it. Then you might be able to pry it out of their hands. It still probably wouldn't be enough, tho.

Funny you say that. I recently blew up my spider gears in the rear doing a burnout. So now I got the Powertrax no-slip (Auto locker) on the rear. Yeah any locker is going to be harsh on the street. Sometimes my auto locker will engage in the middle of a turn, making a clunk noise, and tires cherp.

Well, you have to ask your self "how often do I go off road?" I rarely do these days, but the locker was cheaper than an LSD or posi set up. To me it is bearable. If you don't mind a little tire churp, and clunk here and there. If you want traction than go for it!

hey anyone, i need some help. my 94 p/u 22re 4x4 has a leaking rear pinion seal next to the drive line connection. its spitting diif fluid all over. plus the shaft wabbles a bit. marlin crawler says its gonna blow and itll be a 500-600 fix. but the yota still runs and all. any help is gretly appriciated. 3" bl, 3 sl. on 35x12.5x15. i dont know the gear ratio cus my pops did it b4 he passed. im guessing its 5.29. i still can go 75 on hw and still use 5th gear.

dude, go to auto zone and ask them to look up the rear pinion seal for year and model. they should have it.,.. all you gota do is pull the driveline and pull the drive flange nut, slip the flange off and pry the old seal off, then you can carefully tap the new one on, put flange back on, and re torque the drive flange.. its easy.

I have bought LC's Pro head with pro cam, LC's headers, 4.88's, ARB front and rear flowmaster with no cat, And burning 35" swampers is no problem. Check LC's head out man cuz it made a HUGE difference. I've sheared the teeth off of 3 ring gears doing burnouts. I love warranties!

want to make more power?Find a 82 supra afm (turbo model only).Go to yotatech and and theres a thread on how to put the 22re afm guts inside the supras afm for more power.Oh and find a complete fuel system and intake from a 22rte and put it on The 22re (the throttle body,injectors, and intake are bigger and flow better so you make more power).If you still want more power port the intake,throttle body and shave the head.
