  • ive always wanted to make a clay baby.. or.. as i call it... clay-by

  • that is a scary baby...... What kind of pose is that baby in??????

  • who sings that song.. i love it but i dont know who sings it.

  • Ana Torrojas from the Spanish group Mecano. José María Cano, the leader of the group, wrote this beautiful song. Ana has one of the sweetest voices i have heard. The group split and Anita is now a soloist.

  • At first I didn't rated your comment as bad.

The song is from "Loona" ("Hijo De La Loona")

If you want to know about a song in future search for the words (maybe in strings)...

  • Humm, pretty close, but Actually the song is from "Mecano" and the name of this song is "Hijo de la Luna" which means "Moon's Soon" it is about a "legend about the albino childs" a gipsy cried to the moon to have a husband, the moon said "All right, you will have a husband but in return you will give me your first son" so, she had a brown skin man.. they had a child, but the child was too white so the man got pissed and kill her and abandoned the baby ... So they moon took care of him...

  • where did u get the clay from

  • wonderful video... but why did you make the baby in that very strange posture?

  • ok then why would somebody want to make a clay baby? just asking.

  • Cute cartoon characters are modeled after the proportions of a human baby!

  • can you make them from expensive modelling clay or just natural clay?

  • Great video! I always use it when making a claybaby. Very helpfull video! Greetings from the Netherlands

  • You are very talented, and i wish that i had the patience and skill to do this. Dont take any notice of anyone commenting stupid comments- theyre just Dickheads :)

  • left out a lot of info. Seems to be more of a progression, rather than a how to.

  • Do you have any idea how long it would take to show exactly step by step in the creation of this baby?? I believe she showed exactly the information needed to create our own, were not supposed to make the exact same sculpture. We can use our imagination and figure out the rest. This is art , not a how to on hanging blinds or something , LOL.

  • how would I know how long it takes to sculpt something like this... especially since I've been a sculptor for 20 years. Actually, this is more of a craft rather than art. Dont get me wrong, I love figure modeling. Im just saying that this isnt a tutorial. Rendering with this level of quality not only takes time, but there are also techniques that could have been covered here. At least she could have mentioned the importance of reference and proportions.

  • you are so right i mean babiess are awesime untill you try raising one or hear them cry but the persons skill is awesome!!! but if you really try to sculpt this like me its hard. she/ he has mad skills!

  • jhp[]

  • Well, I hate babies, and i hate this song, but, your sculpting is very nice.

  • at that size can you make a zygomatic form?

  • Amzing!And by the way,beautiful song!

  • wait its a clay baby...why would you put "boy parts" on it?

  • I had seen beautiful photos of your work and even received an email with lovely quotes under images. I was so happy to find this video, as I would love to try my hand at my own clay creations. I had no idea how to even start before, so thank you for sharing your wonderful talent & this video!

  • Gob smacked! Amazing seeing it all come together like that. Thanks for sharing
