Thanks! I do thoroughly recommend a visit :-) I definitely want to go back some day! And hopefully for a little while longer because I was only there for a couple of days and I'd love to see some more of Switzerland.

The Englischer Hof was filmed there. You should have looked out for the church and then a road leading from there. Remember they ate in front of it with the church in the background? Also, the old writings on the walls right over the windows are quite recognisable. ;)

There also is a plaque in the large old hotel behind the square with the English Church now housing the Museum, btw.

Ah yeah!

I was on the lookout for the writing above the windows but quite a few of the old buildings had some- I hadn't really thought about looking for it before I went you see, so I hadn't checked to see exactly what the writing was like lol Oh and I didn't spot the plaque either- hopefully I'll be better prepared next time I go! Thanks for informing me :-)

Haha yeah it was a bit of a long drop- luckily I don't suffer from vertigo! And yeah the scenery was gorgeous :-)
