  • I loved this show. I did these workouts as a young boy with step siblings and nextdoor neighbors. such enjoyable times in the early 80's when life was NOT so damned stressful and full of calamity. the good days have gone but enjoy the Nostalgic perspective in this nice video Featuring Ms. Bess Motta, the MOST noticeable lady in the 20 minute workout series!!!
