There's a clear camp divided among the fans of the films, versus those of the comics and age of course, I prefer Jack from the outset, but having seen the film last year, just.... I'd say it's a very DARK knight indeed. The Burton version is somewhat akin to the one with Warren Beaty playing aside Madonna as Dick Tracy. Even more in common with the comic books of old. I'm an old guy and that's how I see it. I own the Batman LASERDISCS! haha

No, if you knew anything about pharmaceuticals you'd know the drugs he was prescribed were easily abused, and that many of them were in the same class. IE Vicodin, Oxycontin, and Morphine, all opiates, all have the same effect, as well as Valium, Xanax, Klonopin, benzos, all hit you at a different rate but none of these should be doubled. He had many of these drugs from different doctors, he was either an addict or committing suicide. My guess would be suicide, this is known lethal combo.
