  • Outstanding video...thanks so much for posting! One of his best songs. I am always thinking about how life could've been for those taken too soon!

  • This was fabulous! I can't believe you found photos of all those people ... even Ramar Krishna! Great work, and a very entertaining clip. :)

  • Outstanding job with bringing all the people in this song to light!

  • If you add Karl Marx and replace the Harold Lloyd pic with one of Buster Keaton, it'll be nearly perfect. Nice job otherwise.

  • Well, Chico Marx was one of the comedic brothers, but Karl Marx was the author of the Communist Manifesto. No criticism; just thought it was strange that he was the only one left out of the pictures. Liked your visuals. Well done.

  • Always loved this song as a kid, even though I couldn't make out many of the names. So glad we have Google now! Nice video, but do you realize you left Karl Marx out? "Karl and Chico Marx..." Just wondering if that was an oversight or a political issue.

  • @stixnstooonz The Marx brothers where in there.

  • @gettysburgguy Karl Marx was not one of the Marx brothers, he was one of the founders of Communism... :O))

  • Nice imagery; it fits the lyrics quite well. However (as a film buff), that's Harold Lloyd hanging from the clock...same era tho', so it fits. :)

  • Gettysburgguy ~ I've seen some pretty good stuff on youtube, but have to say this is the coolest by far ! Nice job and thanks for the hard work.... Peace to you and uncle Fred.

  • That's Harold Lloyd the great silent comedian hanging off the clock by the way...not Buster Keaton.

  • I dedicate this song to Ratchet, from the Ratchet and Clank games, whose father was killed when he was a baby. I love you, Ratchet.

  • one thing, that was not Buster Keaton, that was Harold Lloyd, in the film safety last. other than that I enjoyed the Vid

  • Right now I have three more to add to this list. My mother died of cancer at age 52. My father of emphysema at age 76 and my sister recently passed away this year of cancer at age 57.

Please pray for my daughter. We recently found out that she has cervical cancer. She's only 22. I don't think I could take it...not now. I've been wishing it were me, ever since we found out.

    Please...pray for her.

  • i'm sorry - hang in there.

  • @europaofjupiter Both of you will be in my thoughts and prayers.

  • Fantastic job. I would love a copy of this to show on the screen behind my Neil Diamond shows.

  • Yes, this great song could go on forever.

I would like everyone to know that this slideshow is dedicated to my Uncle Fred.

He was 100 and a-half. Even though he was 100 he was... Done Too Soon.

  • @gettysburgguy ~ I have seen some pretty cool stuff on youtube, but this is the coolest by far ! Thanks for your hard work and sharing this with us. Peace to you and uncle Fred.
