I am a convict who had a child too young....I have never turned either of my two childeren away from anything. I just got convicted of not paying child support when I did! my wife was pregnant with my youngest son while I worked for almost 2 yrs. yet the CSEA in morrow county ohio refused to look in their records for the payment history. then on top of that I am a full time student at Ohio state university to get a de3gree so i can get a better job....too bad rebecca said...I shouldnt have kids!

My daughters are dying to spend more time with me, I have my place, job and I still do not enjoy 50% custody because mediators treat all cases as a business and In "the best interest of the children" untrue, they DON"T CARE! they have this idea that all fathers are worthless and if they are there it's because they haven't met their obligation but in reality it's not the case. I feel the pain, the inability to change things, the corrupted system. I live in California, the worst state when it comes to family law courts and child support. The child support agency here has the nicest buildings and all the luxury you can think of. If you feel you have no hope, trust me compare and share your stories so that you see where we stand. My friends, I just went to my court hearing yesterday and as expected I was crucified by the judge. Perhaps you think with reason but after I give you all the facts you would think different.

I need help I pay child support and NY state issued a warrant out for me anyway.

I 'm disable and my wages are garnished directly from my Social Security Disability and they still issued a warrant. I'm also a single father racing my daughter as best I can and they don't care. If anyone knows how I can get help please let me know.

I am paying on my back child support but the problem is I was only a little over $9,900 behind but child support said I owe $19,900 with intrest on the child support. So I wonder how in the world can they charge intrest on back child support exspecially when the father is on SSI,Now my daughter lives with me on a safty plan no custody change and they still continue to force me to pay the child support and back child support, And if I want the child support stoped get a lawyer what am I to do?

Keep the videos rolling in secret and send them to the International criminal court as our gov't is committing crimes against humanity STEALING our children for income/asset stripping from parents, once bust, the taxpayer picks up the tab. I pay $1500 a month for two children and I make $40,000, my x-wife make $100,000. I was laid off both my full and part time jobs and I now get $1600 in unemployment a month $965 goes towards Child Support. I'm trying to live off of $635 a month and I will me homeless in the next 30 days if I don't find a job.

what does one do in a case where there literally is no work or access to get to work? Not everyone lives near a subway? What can you do when you have no family and you are put in jail........how can one come back from this?

Child support made me a crimminal. I love my only daughter who was taken away from me. I havent seen my daughter in ten years and the worst thing is, she lives two blocks away from me. Im ready to try suicide again. I cant live with this pain anymore. Its fucked up. Child support laws are bullshit. ZAYIN. I love you allways and dads not a deadbeat. And ya know, everytime you have an issue with the Child Support Enforcement, they treat you like youre a loser and dont care for your kids if you lose your job. they took my license when I got fired so I got fired, evicted, they took my license and I had a warrant because I couldnt pay for 2 months! Rediculous. Now im compelled to pay $750 a month. I dont even get to keep that much for my own bills. If the state really gave a crap maybe theyd make it a rule that he has to stay here. Just dumb.

What many may not realize is that the depression that results from not being able to see your children drags you to a bottom so dark and lonely that even breathing is sometimes laborous. The pain of loosing your children as a result of the thug like tactics of the department is terrible in it self, but then being made homeless and forced to live on the streets compounds the problem. If you have become disabled and unable to work, then have you thought to get ALL your documents from your doctor so that it can prove you are unable to work? Have you filled out the DMV Affadavit that you can obtain through their website yet? If you haven't done that yet, then maybe that's the first step you should take. Those people that you speak with on the helpline are not caseworkers and can't make anything happen. You must do for yourself and listen to what people suggest when they advi

First, you need to know when you call the 800# you are not speaking to Suffolk County in Hauppauge, you are speaking to the Child Support Helpline in Upstate NY.

Second, the state has the system to work the same way for everyone regardless of circumstance. No one gets special treatment. No one.

Third, Mr Tiredmangoes, the court will back date their decision to the date the petition was stamped. So if you filed ten months ago then they will date their decision back to the day it was stamped.
