Speaking as a train driver myself I wish to point out that not only is this one of the most annoying adverts I have ever seen but what is it with Virgin Trains? Why are they so up themselves? and what on earth makes their staff think they are superior to any other train operating company! It takes far more skill to drive a freight train weighing upwards of 1000 tonnes than a 125 MPH Spam can which virtually drives its self! Trust me I speak from 13 years experience!
a few things i have noticed. Since when did the 1940 not stop at Crewe? at 0.43 who turned Shugbrough tunnel into the tunnel of love? this service can't pass through Stoke before the 'tunnel of love' she travled in standard all the way to Manchester but left on a first class carriage and lastly the station clock shows 03 past an hour not 57 of the previous hour as booked, probably because it diverted to go through the 'tunnel of love' and Stone. look closely and you will notice all of these.
Forget about the future increases, the existing fares have been a total rip off for years, not only most expensive in europe but more expensive by far, in some cases 10 times more than equivalent journeys on the continent. I checked some journeys from south east to northern destinations, it turned out you could get cheaper RETURN FLIGHTS to many European destinations and even to USA! Rail bosses gave the arrogant monopolist reply 'People are still buying' Shows their disgusting contempt & greed

Hope she tells him how much she had to pay for the tickets (on his credit card) after they,ve done the business ;-) otherwise she will have to hitch hike home...What happened to the good old days of bragging how good the trains were...All the stupid effects and pointless adds do nothing to promote how good value for money our railways are, because they are not!!!!!
