What I love about this dude. Is I have yet to see him use double foot peddle. Most drummers use one when they want to use that type of pure sound in their beat. But he doesn't. Dude will be known as one of the greats if he keeps it up.

@74Boss3StarG What difference does it make if he uses one or not? People play what they want to play. If thats what you're comfortable playing with you'll use it. Chris Coleman uses a dbl ft pedal, Ron Bruner, Tony Royster, Gavin Harrison. They play well with a single pedal as well all know. The bottom line is in drumming there are somethings you can do with two pedals that you cant do with one. Thats my opinion. Not discriminating against anyone. Much respect to everybody.

@2468DDT I agree 100%. I was just stating that he does stuff with one, that most can't do with one. Not knocking anyone that use two but it takes a skilled drummer to use two and be good with it. Because I use a single. And his footwork just out shines mine. I only use a double when the gig requires one.

@2468DDT Because some drummers think if you use a double, then you're not really good because they think you should only need a single for everything you play. Which is bull because you can't use a single for EVERY beat, and still get that pure sound. And it's usually black drummers because it's hard to find a pro white drummer that doesn't use a double.
