I'm guessing here, becuase I didn't make it but I do dabble in the movies. It appears he used a simple editing trick. he does a scene than to get the appearnce of the chracter growing breast he actually uses a few diffrent actress with increasingly larger breasts than he cuts the scenes to split seconds so it appears that she is growing in chest. It can be tedious but fun if you enjoy the end resaults. bikast correct me if I'm worng in how you did this.
