The thing is with me,,, I never knew Hanks version, (a great one) at the time of this release. So I developed a real connection with this great version (as with other covers) of this great mans historical style. Now, at 61, my memories of the sounds Johnny Cash rule along the to,p, along with Hank Sr. and All of that era.

not bad, but this song doesnt serve his voice and style as well as the higher pitched yodeling blues style of hank. dont get me wrong, its solid, just doesnt fit as well to his style as hank... just as hank, couldnt have done ring of fire like cash.
