Technically, there's no falsetto in this, just head voice. Only men can do falsetto. Some women can do whistle tones, but I don't think there are any in this video.

In the world are like 10-15 contraltos, many mezzosopranos and even soprano are denominated as contralto's because of their dark colored voice, but in fact REAL contralto's are almost extinguished. And another thing: soprano, mezzo, and contralto are Classical clasification, it's not ok to define a pop singer with one of this categories. Amy sure needs to be in high voice (not modal/chest voice) to determine what voice type she has. And btw, almost the 80% of the girls are sopranos.
