In an alternative universe, Anthrax are recognised as the greatest thrash band that ever was (with Nuclear Assault accepted as second) and metallica are shown up as the deep purple tribute act they clearly have been since Masters.

I couldn't name any other band that went from being a great band to a phenomenal one after a change of singers. It just never happens.

Frank is a great bass player. His words should be an inspiration for any budding bassists. It was really nice to see him invite a kid to play drums. He also made an interesting point about the drummer from Helmet who made him a better rhythmic bass player.

When I was 16, Frank Bello was plastered all over my bedroom walls and I was sure I was gonna marry him..lol! Of course Anthrax rocked my world too - it wasn't all about Frankie!

Years later and all grown up, State of Euphoria still gets regular airtime in my stereo and Frank remains one of my favorite bass players. (And still makes me grin like a schoolgirl!)
