The SKIN is the largest human organ. Removing fluoride from your drinking water doesn't address the issue when you bath in it - you absorb much more fluoride from a bath or shower than drinking it. Also, distillation does not remove chemical contaminants - fluoride is a chemical contaminant. A whole house reverse osmosis system is the only real solution.

I have a very important question. I always drink bottled water, and yes, i have drank tap in the past, and use toothpaste, and use tap when i brush my teeth. 1. The thing about Berkey Filter is that if you buy the Fluoride filters they do put a small amount of aluminum into the water ( I read it on their site). What I would do Is run the water through the fluoride filters only and then take that same water and run it through the regular filters to take out the aluminum and other crap that is still in the water.
