Despite the original being sung by the superb Asha Bhosle,her voice in the soundtrack did sound,dare I say it,a little too old for the portrayal by Zeenat Aman.This singer however would have footed the bill perfectly as she is young herself.I bet she wasn't even born when the movie was released though!
