  • This song IS summer for me, puts you in a good mood and you can feel the sunshine on your skin even though it's raining outside! ;-)

  • originalindiechick - totally agree, the mid nineties were chockful of seminal tunes and this is definatly one of them. it's just a shame that whenever i hear it, i imediatly think of the Haven adverts...

  • don't knock it until you have been on a Haven holiday. Hooray, hooray, its our Haven Holiday.

  • ady10001 - we used to go on Haven holidays back in the day (late 80s / early 90s).

i'm not saying they aren't any good, it's just i can't see the link -

#see i work in a factory (need the money), don't wanna be late (though i hate this place~)#.... wayhey, it's an anthropomorphic tiger...

  • Brilliant Song,

    i enjoy humming this!

  • what did you do?

  • Nice harmonies, as usual.

  • classic song

  • Watched most of the bands at this years beached. Glamour of the kill wiped the floor with all the rest. Dodgy were good but everyone i have spoke to said the general feeling was that One night only looked like they cound'nt be bothered. Oh, the price of fame!

  • these guys are on today at BEACHED in Scarborough,

    cant wait to see them.

    - should be better than one night only who were rubbish.

if anyone knows what the hell i'm on about feel free to reply :P.

  • :O how dare you say they were rubbish they were well good. these were good as well but beached was awesome.

  • dodgy were brilliant i really liked them.

didn't think much to one night only to be honest. a few of the other bands were good. but the line up wasn't all that great this year i dont think. but it was good on a whole - roll on next year :D

  • But Athens loves them:))

    Ladydust~

  • I love dodgy!!

Im from the USA and Hardly anyone knows who they are here, but i do!!

  • aw i hate the haven advert so much now, but like i said b4 this is a awesome song n im glad they're bk together

  • haha! Nigel Clark with long hair! classic!

    great tune!!!

  • haven holidays ahhhhh it has made me hate this song anytime I hear it I think of a man dressed as a tiger!

  • Dose anyone else think that the riff sounds like Don't Fear The Reaper by Blue Oyster Cult?

  • i can agree with that my friend

  • Clever boy! :) But you know music, I can tell from your nick!

  • no.

  • agreed

  • Dodgy were cited as one of the less well-revered britpop bands sadly

  • When you listen back to those "britpop"records 85% is Dogshit but the 3 Dodgy albums along with Modern Life Is Rubbish and Giant Steps are the only records I can stand today...

  • right .....

like to see you make an album

    my uncels andy XD

  • What a great tune!

  • this song has haunted me for the last 4 yrs not knowing who the band was n was convinced it was another.

    i love this song

  • same, everytime i heard it on the radio i missed who sung it, it was only when i heard it on a Haven advert the other day that i decided to find out once and for all...a great tune:)

  • awsome song !!!!!

  • obviously brilliant

  • one of the best guitar pop tunes of the 90's still sounds magic!

  • saw these guys at a doublegig with lightning seeds in 1995. good good memories!

  • haven!

  • Great song, great video. It really cheers you up despite the Juventus t-shirt from the seventies..

  • is this where the tones got the idea for the autophillia vid?

    lol

  • Reminds me of the haven caravan park advert

  • you do have a point though, sort of ruins the track

  • Like most britpop and 90s rock, its all just advertisements now

    it really is a shame

  • yeh, like this, and the mock turtles can you dig it, used by vodafone, sigh, next thing they'll do an orbit advert with semisonic;s secret smile

  • Maryonpark... I agree '95 was like '66... England was buzzing!

I miss the 90's...It's all shite now

  • Couldnt agree more matey! 3peacesweet to all my brothers!
