His argument is to say that one can cut taxes without cutting spending. Some people are able to graduate from college and then think you can take more away from something and it somehow gets larger. Nothing does that except a hole. The tax cuts for the average people he talked about didn't work out that way, did they? He just cut the throats of all of the Unemployed in Louisiana for political reasons. That is smart for his campaign funds donated by lobbyists but isn't good for the people of LA.

The question is, what stupulations came with the stimulus aid? Several states wouldn't take the funds because of the stipulations. Blanco and Nagin did NOTHING for the people of New Orleans but make them dependants of the governament, consequently they could not help themselves. The moment you think the government is your savior is the moment your freedom is over. And it was only $90 mil.
