@Moniakitka well its hard to tell weather its a furisode-san but its more likely a hangyoku which is the tokyo version of a maiko but im not to sure its one of those two

A furisode is the type of kimono they are wearing. They're probably maiko because of that, and because of their hairstyle. I think they're Tokyo geisha though, because of the obi.

Why are you calling them freaks or clowns? This is their profession, one of dance and custom. Yes, it is very much different from Kyoto Maiko and Geiko, and therefore not comparable, but that does not constitute for them being any less talented. Tokyo and Kyoto are very different concerning dance.
