oh it's actually pretty easy..
i also found out a cheap trick.
so dont take him out of his first phase right away... like blast his face the first time, the 2nd time, dont shoot so much, so he won't get up, and stuff.
the third time, just blast it...
he should go into the part where he shoots blanka's, but he will just stand there, and since he never got up, you won't have to bother the 2nd or 3rd phase.
i might do a video on it.
