I just recently started work with TSA and this is normal procedure. However, they should not perform a full body search out in the open! I'm not sure what airport this video is at but at my airport we take people to a secluded area to do a full body search.

I was working right there and saw the whole thing it was the dad that freaked out and tool his shirt off. During my 2 years working there i saw 5 kids with guns on them that there parents tried to sneak on them. So TSA was just doing what the were told and what they needed to do. On Nove 1, 2004 16 year old Aamer Alfar succeeded in detonating his bomb and killed 3 innocents. If we allow children to go through unchecked you can be sure that they will try that avenue.

I just recently started work with TSA and this is normal procedure. However, they should not perform a full body search out in the open! I'm not sure what airport this video is at but at my airport we take people to a secluded area to do a full body search.

I was working right there and saw the whole thing it was the dad that freaked out and tool his shirt off. During my 2 years working there i saw 5 kids with guns on them that there parents tried to sneak on them. So TSA was just doing what the were told and what they needed to do. They are trying to make it safe for everybody to fly but there are stupid people that have to ruin it for everybody.

I read it on the news that when this happened, the boys' father is the one that removed his shirt (he is the one standing beside the kid the whole time) But yeah, the dad removed it so that they could speed up the screening process. So everyone saying that the TSA stripped him, of course they didn't! They strip search people in a whole different room! Although I do agree they take things too far, a couple months ago, I got a full body pat down because I had hair extensions in. *Humiliating*
