Да, по поводу многоосной компоновки для грузовых а/м - на сколько мне известно - данная идея была разработана у нас в СССР где-то в 50-х - 60-х годах прошлого столетия для тяжёлых военных шасси. Тогда же и была придумана рычажно-торсионная подвеска (прим.: многоосные тягачи МЗКТ, КЗКТ), как нельзя лучше подходившая для многоосных шасси. В последствии такую компоновку переняли почти что все, кто производит тяжёлые грузовики. Поэтому такая колёсная формула есть ни только в КАМАЗе но и SCANIA и др.

Всё правильно - 10x10, а не 5x5: такой формулировкой обозначается ОБЩЕЕ кол-во КОЛЁС и кол-во ведущих, НО НЕ ОСЕЙ... так что всё правильно - 10x10!!!

А по поводу деталей - в Чехословакии в период СССР, ОЧЕНЬ было развито своё машиностроение (особенно производство станков, военной и электро-техники) поэтому как правило они производили всё своё. МОЖЕТ... быть там там с КАМАЗом одинаковые, разве что ресиверы для воздуха, и то - мооожет быть... А так скорее всего там всё - своё.
