@Hackify2010 yea but that's not where the saying came from it's an old childrens prayer...metallica used it for they're song cuz it was called enter sandman. The sandman was a folk figure who was responsible for people falling asleep and the prayer was said before bed...see the connection there?

The Lord's Prayer is the "our father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name" one. This isn't the Lord's prayer, it's definetly a prayer, but not that one. This one is a children's bedtime prayer, like it says in the description. Hope this clears up any confusion. Thanks for putting this up!

it says a very small section of the lords prayer, the one children say when they go to sleep. "I pray the lord (2x), If i should die (2x), I pray the lord (2x), my soul to take" is exactly what it says.
