  • it was a tridational competition in Taunggyi City,Shan State in Myanmar ..

    that festival is famous festival in myanmar..

    it was held in November every year...

    group of people joing together and make balloons and compete in the festival...

  • @hollow1012 Releasing the balloons is a religious tradition in Myanmar. It is a kind of offering to Buddha for Buddhists.
