maybe its not working because the repo is down, sometimes repos break down. Thats one thought. Another, do you have installer 4 beta? or the full thing? The repos dont always work for all versions of installer

How do I get that version of Installer....im stuck on the crappy 1 that comes when u first install jailbreak....if any1 could link me to a video (i couldnt find 2) or an explanation plz

first u have to have firmware 2.0 or 2.1 or 2.2 then u have to jailbreak it to get the new installer and cydia. if dont have the firmware go to other videos and look at thier links to for the website to download the firmware and see how to upgrade the old firmware to a 2.1 then see how to jailbreak it
