What's wrong with Britney Spears? She had a tough time after her divorce (who doesn't?), but she's rebounded well. The media pressure on Britney is MUCH greater than it is on Hilary Duff. I like Hilary, but she's not in the same category as Britney Spears.

In general, I think that young, female entertainers should wait a little longer before they get married. Since they're stars, guys turn up the charm and are willing to marry them sooner than usual, but it's not a good idea.

Women tend to like men who are 4-8 years older than they are (depending on her age). A 24 year old woman dating a 31 year old man isn't mind-boggling. It's a little mismatched to me, but it's not unusual.

With that being said, what you wrote is true, but if you play the numbers, it doesn't look too good for the couple with a 10 year separation. Starting point plays a bigger role. A 74 and 75 year old probably don't have as much time as a 20 and 30 year old, hahaha.

They're happy, and there isn't nearly as much happiness in this world as there should be so we should let it thrive where it already exists.
