Its pretty simple actually, all you need to do is press f10 at start up and then choose the first boot device, witch would be your DVD drive, then it will restart and you should already have your xp CD inside, then you just do exactly as the video guy does. It worked for me.

You should never choose quick format if you want a fresh copy of Windows.

The faster version does not format everything... it keeps a lot of things like the data tree.

Always choose the regular version if you want a fresh copy of XP.

@Braxton619 Not true. The only thing a full format does compared to a quick format is that it scans the hard disk for bad sectors. The only thing that's wiped in both cases is the master file table or FAT. If you want to totally wipe the drive you need to use a zero fill utility.
