I remember playing frantic flea and enjoying it as a child,,,thinking back on it I cant actually remember what I liked about it ... I wonder if this is a sign that my now matured experience of games means it was actually total crap

Ive still got it in my collection, I might review it for my channel once I've got a capture device (i dont use emulators)

I was forced to play this game on Video Arcade Top 10. The only good part was winning and getting to pick a prizeball out of a hat.

why does it seem like every person on youtube who does "let's play" walkthroughs on second tier games seem like complete losers? No one said it [Frantic Flea] was comparable to Super Mario World or anything like that. Can't you just give some decent strategy/tips on getting through the level? Personally, I don't enjoy watching people play levels for the first time. The only thing that makes it more irritating is your lame sense of humor. Michael Jackson jokes? *groan* :-/

Not my fault you don't like the way I do it though, that's your own thing. But if this is a common problem for you, maybe you should just stop watching LPers, since you obviously don't like most of them from what you're saying.

@saintrith Why does it seem like every other person on youtube thinks Let's Plays and walkthroughs are the same thing? If you want your hand held to get through a game, that's what a walkthrough's for. If you want something with more entertainment value than watching someone whitewash a house, that's what Let's Play's are for.

Plot by the way is aliens kidnap the worlds fleas to do experiments on them, and Frantic turns huge as a result and plans to use his size to save them all...

yeah, I actually know the plot of this game. Take pity on me.

I'm not a fanboy for anyone. I just tell the truth. Genesis, just like the Gamecube and Wii nowadays, was a terribly weak system with only a handful of good games and almost nothing but complete shit otherwise. At least the weak shit on the competing consoles was playable and not tinny nauseading garbage.
