Im confused are these the outfits that Manneken pis wears...or are these statues that they change to place on the fountian,,I have herd that when there changing his costume they fill his basin up with beer,,and everyone goes into the taverns and gets there mugs for free beer,,I dont know if there is any truth to that or not,,
