Mine is similar to urs as well I came out when I was 20 and my family wasn't that bothered except my dad was not too happy but it's been 5 yrs now so he is cool with it now, also my younger brother is gay so my mam has 2 gay sons and a straight one lol

I think you are very fortunate to have such a great mom. My mom won't tell anybody and Idon't think she wants me to tell anybody else in the family. Also, I would have liked to have been "somewhat" out in highschool... like at least to the people closest to me... I would have liked to explore my sexuality in high school... but that didn't happen... oh well...

Great story! I was in a similar situation. Pretty much everyone in my family knew I was gay even before I realized it, for sure. Coming out was difficult because I didn't know what to expect, but the reactions I got made it easier.

When i moved to my girls in my former flat i DIDN'T tell them at all. And i guess it shouldn't matter. But they where girls, however.

First breakfeast, i mentioned dates with guys while we where talking, and literally NOTHING happened. That was the day, i knew, i never got to come out again. ':D
