@OneOfaKind949 No, this is an 2010. The white gauges are for the Infiniti G37 models only and the new 2011 M37 and M56 also has white guages. They haven't updates the other models yet. The way you can tell the difference between a 2009 and 2010 EX is by the navigation system display. It's more updated and has better graphics and resolution than the older navigation system. Although, the look of it has never changed, the software and features have.

That is not a 2010 EX. The 2010 has a white screen between the gauges... not the older orange one. And a square clock.
