The link is to a Spanish site that has the mod for San Andreas. I need the one for Vice City. The one that I downloaded from Opusdream is crap. I couldn't even get the game to load after I extracted the files!

The Mod changes all the history, and KITT and KARR are immune, they have SPM, and other functions
