I like Ron Paul, but I have to disagree with him when he says there should be no re-distribution of wealth. If we had strictly adhered to this policy in the face of J.P. Morgan and Andrew Carnegie, the United States wouldn't be recognizable by now, if it even existed. Our unity is our wealth, and imbalances have to be corrected for everyone's sake. Ideological purity is an illusion.

Romney is a plastic puppet, he has no intention of changing our path one bit. he simply pushes more of the same talking points and rhetoric, and generalities, he's entire speech was nothing but filler, a person watching it would know nothing more about the man then one that didn't watch it.

Ron's was the complete opposite, he did nothing but use the time to spread info about himself and our problems. Ron's clearly the man for the job.

Romney spent more than half his speech blaming liberals and obama and not talking about what he would be doing himself. Ron Paul spent the majority of his time addressing the issues behind our current crisis instead of playing the blame game. If he blamed anything it was the policies of BOTH parties. What a hero. Stop blaming Obama or any president. Smarten up. Start looking at Policy change. Start with taking responsibility. We have a lot of energy; let's use it! We're focusing on the wrong thing! Ron Paul is trying to help us remember that we are in charge, our constitution and Creator, not the government! If you want change in the constitution, then you can speak out for that and get amendments to it. But do not suspend it for convenience.

I've always been amused by the label for the President as the "leader of the free world" as Romney used. Does a free world need a leader? If we're free, what is our leader supposed to do? In a free society, who cares who the President is when s/he really shouldn't really be doing much of anything... He's a leader (he's the decider) but definitely not of a free world.
