The speed drops from 55 to 35mph on the upper narrow twisties by the time you reach snow. Then there are regularly snow runoff running across the road in the middle of corners. Comind down from the summit in 08 a SUV came blasting up and was 4 feet in my lane when I came around a right hand bend. He held his line or else he would of crashed. My bike barely cleared him and my right handlebars was inches from a vertical snow wall. I was expecting it or else I would have been taken out.
