  • Ian Carr is more groovy and melodic and intelligent than miles , fact ,

  • The last three chords seal the purity and earnestness in, so that it can never fall on the saccharine side of the thin and loving line it walks.

  • My favourite record ever.

It just has so many hidden depths one can't but feel it.

Even as an atheist, the blue actual mosque's aesthetics are a beautiful thing one can't ignore.

  • Saw the great Don Rendell sextet many times at the magic Flamingo in Londons west end. The band that really hit me like a hammer & converted me from Trad to modern was , the brilliant The jazz couriers, The Ian Carrs nuclius also magic. This is a class track, many thanks

  • awesome

  • Pure genius.

Thanks to Gilles Peterson, et al.
