OK- I absolutely LOVED Jane Badler As "Diana".

1) Jane was/is such a pretty woman; her features were so defined & her makeup was always on point.

2) Her body was the "Truth". No one could've fit that Visitor suit any better than Jane did. Note the waist -to -hip ratio at the 0;13 mark. Also her suit changed from baggy red khaki to 2nd skin spandex thru out the series.(upgrade)

3) Her walk was so SEXY, the combo of her hips & her "bowlegged-ness" took her sex appeal to another level.

I thought it would have been really cool had Charles and Diana stayed together and he not been killed. I liked the chemistry between the two actors. I also agree with some of the other comments that it would have opened up some different story lines.. I think Diana would have grown to love him..
