(High Graphics):When your sim has a baby, it was send in a cut scene, in which the plumb bob splits in two and falls, which becomes a baby.
(Low Graphics): When your sim is having a baby here, after the labor, she will spin around and when she has completed her 360 a baby is in her hands.
