I saw them in the 70s at Newport High in the football field. That was one very GORGEOUS day in my life!! they still sound great!! was Beth with them at this? I have to say, this a very steely dan sounding kinda song. which I also LOVE!

went to a concert at the UH Andrews ampitheater with Boz Scaggs and Honk. I was there to see Honk with a few others also. Ended up actualy enjoying Boz Scaggs also. We brought our own beach chairs and it turned out to be one of the best concerts I ever went to. I think it was 73 or74. And to soulsyndicate, I totally agree, C&K, Kalapana and Summer. Those were the groups in the 70's

We used to go to Honk midnight concerts in Laguna Beach when I was in high school,in the first half of the 70's. I remember when they did the soundtrack for the surf movie, Five Summer Stories, it seemed like they had really hit the big time. Wow, that was a hell of a long time ago. Cool to see them again...

@markonmaui I used to go to those midnight concerts in Laguna too. They covered Dave Brubeck's "Blue Rondo A La Turk" and a couple of Finnigan and Wood songs, "Highway" and "My, My, My". Good times ...
