  • This is...amazing.

    What a fantastic performer, and what a unique voice. Ian was no songbird, but that voice coupled with this music results in absolute brilliance. It just makes me happy every time I hear it, like, puts a really big smile on my face.

    And unlike a lot of musicians, he's actually extremely entertaining to watch.

    I mean, at 4:47 he made LOVE to that microphone. Literally.

    Wow.

    Ian Dury may very well be the weirdest, coolest person ever. Up there at the top, at least.

    Ian Dury / Blockheads lp several times a day with the kid of my hosting family... dispite the fact that the parents turned mad (cause of the lyrics!), that was just our fav album of the summer !

    Apologise to the Dj of the unique Disco of Worthing, the guy heared "BLOCKHEADS" so many time during his sets , it was just me asking for some Ian Dury tunes ^^
