Is it just me, or is there anyone else besides my sister, brother, and I who is SERIOUSLY dissappointed with the fourth season? My sister and I were litterally speechless for fifteen minutes. And now we're so upset that we're no longer Dexter fanatics. Over summer, I went to comic con SPECIFICALLY for Dexter, and I even got a fifteen dollar bobble head of him just so I could have the bag. And now Im left completley dissappointed.

I've seen it, yes. I thought it was better than season three. Thing is, though, I know that in good stories, characters develop and change, grow and all that, but, to me, Dexter has been, over time, becoming something other than Dexter and I'm not too warm and fuzzy with that. Is that it, or was it the Rita thing at the end with a little bit of not-so-much-retribution attitude from the Trinity killer when he'd been had by Dexter?

I personally thought season three was better then season four, mainly because of the major dissappointment in season four and the ammount of procrasination. And I totally understand from your POV, rather than growing into Dexters character, he changed. But then again, maybe it was destined since he was a married man by then WITH a kid. The trinity killer, completley unexpected and well thought out, but i felt like he didnt mind himself being killed. Main thing though, the Rita thing KILLED me :/

What I meant by the "not-so-much-retribution" thing was that it seemed as though Trinity was a little to happy about his demise.  I suppose it's appropriate but maybe somewhat anticlimactic.
