while that may be somewhat true, not everyone who graduates there is guaranteed to have a fluent pronunciation in english. I would say she's gifted.

depends if that person him/herself wants to learn english and be fluent at it. I know people over here in australia who have been here for many years and still dun have fluent english. but they're just over here for uni....yehh
