Forget the fact that Sonnen was roided out of his mind, he's still got some of the most impressive wrestling skills in MMA, & he still couldn't even pull off a decision. GSP is in a league of his own, but Silva is in a league of his own too. And Silva's league is one rung higher than GSP's. GSP is a great martial artist, but he wouldn't stand a chance against Silva. Trust me, I've been watching the UFC since UFC3 back in 94. I think I know a thing or two. Nuff said? Good.

It's been seen that Silva struggles against good wrestlers, even a good wrestler with weak standup. How would he fare against MMA's best wrestler with good standup? Sure, Serra caught GSP, but landing a knockout blow might be the only legitimate hope I see for Anderson.

And like I said im not a GSP fan but Sonnen laid the blueprint on how to beat him.

He trains wrestling with olympic wrestlers, he trains boxing with pro boxers, he trains jiu jitsu with world champions...This is why he is one of, if not, the best.
